This is a common misconception. If you’re changing niches (or starting a new agency) you don’t need case studies OR testimonials. These things are nice, but I’ve spoken to agencies that have DOZENS of case studies and still aren’t able to close new clients. The most important things you need are 1. A good, well-mapped out offer that is tuned specifically to a specific niche, and 2. A system to communicate that offer, generate interest, and get RESULTS for your clients. This is where we help you, and you’ll quickly realize that just by not sounding like “every other marketer” you’ll almost NEVER have prospects asking for case studies or references.

Absolutely not. Far too many agencies waste their time on a fancy website when they don’t even have any clients yet. You don’t need a blog, you don’t need a podcast… you need a good offer, a way to find your market online, and a way to get RESULTS for them. I did over $20K in revenue before I even THOUGHT about making one. If you already have a website, great! But it’s not a requirement in the slightest.
